Lead Tile Installer
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Tile Installer to lead all tile-related work on residential construction and remodeling projects. This role is for a self-starter with journeyman-level tile experience or higher who takes ownership of quality, layout, and jobsite execution.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute tile installations (floors, showers, walls, waterproofing)
Read plans, layouts, and scopes of work
Coordinate with crew members and other trades
Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness
Requirements
Journeyman-level tile experience (5-10+ yrs)
Strong layout, prep, and finishing skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed
Lead Electrician/Plumber
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Electrician/Plumber to oversee and execute electrical and plumbing scopes on residential construction and remodeling projects. This role is for a self-starter with journeyman-level experience or higher who takes ownership of code compliance, quality, and field coordination.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform residential electrical and plumbing work
Read plans, scopes, and applicable code requirements
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and inspections
Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and organization
Requirements
Journeyman-level experience in electrical and plumbing (5-10+ yrs)
